Cancellations:
Rooms booked on Flexible Rates are cancellable free of charge up until 12pm (mid-day) the day prior to arrival. Cancellations after this point are chargeable in full.
Rooms booked on Advanced Purchase Rates are charged in full at the time of book and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All reservation add-on that are bookable experiences such as spa treatments, dog packages etc will be reviewed on a case by case basis and charged only where there is reasonable grounds to do so due to loss or expenditure.
Refunds:
Any payments taken in advance will be refunded provided that cancellations are recieved in good time and are applicable to the room rate type, package, services or goods purchased. Please note that vouchers are non-refundable.
